Callout Inspections
Anytime you believe your track may be compromised or something just doesn't look right, we will come and perform an inspection to ensure the integrity of the track and put your mind at ease.
Monthly / Yearly Inspections
Our Xperts can perform regular Monthly Track Inspections that comply with all Saskatchewan, and Transport Canada regulatory requirements. Our monthly track inspections include, measuring switches, checking for gauge, and looking for loose bolts. Our Xperts also watch for other items that can prevent you from continuing your operation such as visible rail and frog defects, and cross level variations within your facility.
A Yearly Track Inspection is a more detailed version of a Monthly Track Inspection that complies with all Saskatchewan, and Transport Canada regulatory requirements. Our Yearly Track Inspections include, measuring switches, checking for gauge, and looking for loose bolts. Our Xperts also watch for other items that can prevent you from continuing your operation such as visible rail and frog defects, and cross level variations within your facility, as well as a tie count for replacement, and crossing inspections.
Track Repair
Track repair includes items such as, replacing ties, joint bars, bolts, switches, switch adjustments, crossings, correcting cross level issues.
